On September 8, AUA staff traveled to Siem Reap to participate in the workshop Review of Educational Tools for HIV infected Children and Adolescent. Participants came from Angkor Hospital for Children, Siem Reap provincial hospital, National Children’s Hospital, Rokar Health Center, Chhouk Sar, AUA, KHANA, NCHADS and FHI360.

Welcome remarks were made by Dr. Ngoun Chanpheaktra, Director of Angkor Hospital for Children, Dr. Ny Socheat, Representative of KHANA and Flagship, and Dr. Kaoeun Chetra, Representative of NCHADS.

All tools relevant to education for HIV-positive children and adolescents were reviewed and corrected in order to use for all relevant institution and organizations. AUA will use these lessons learned for our work in supporting children and adolescents in Kampong Cham.
